The location is good, near Lionshead Village and just off the highway on frontage road
Was disappointed in what we received for the relatively high price for a Holiday Inn. The beds were uncomfortable, the room temperature not adjustable and so we were quite warm and the parking lot unsalted with an accident waiting to happen with a slip on the ice in the morning.

It was great value for money and although a little way from the ski slopes it offered a regular shuttle bus service.

Location close to Vail, excellent bus transfer service to ski area and town, nice fire lounge area!
All good, not luxury but more than adequate for the price and good value for money given the location

This place was just a great fit for a brief pit stop in Vail with excellent value. I appreciated having a washer and dryer available . Make sure to bring quarters for the laundry since there's no change at the front desk.

Bathroom was really filthy. Hadn't been cleaned in a week it appeared. Stains on towels and bed sheets. Really grossed out by the time we left - very unhappy, by a Gold Card member.

Overall a very nice property. Working with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, I have found that it's the employees that really make OR break a visit. Raul is a huge asset to your property. He was VERY courteous and efficient and maintained a genuine quality at all times with us. The young man at check-out was very helpful also (He is form KY, I believe).
The Cafe/Bar leaves little to be desired in terms of service. Food was below average for dinner service, as well as VERY slow coming out of the kitchen. We had a male server whom seemed to be new or very poor in terms of service in which he delivered. At times we felt as if we were an inconvenience, being rude and sarcastic.

The room was super cozy with modern decor, and I loved the heated pool and the jacuzzi for unwinding after a long day. There's also a great sun terrace to soak up some rays. Just a heads up, the laundry only takes quarters and it was tricky finding change, but I was grateful to have the option to wash my clothes.

Reserved 2 Queen Beds via Booked.net/Booked.net. Upon arrival, was told the hotel was overbooked and they could only put all 4 of us in a King Bed! VERY, VERY, VERY uncomfortable evening and EXTREMELY disappointed in Booked.net. Holiday Inn Staff completely blamed the situation on Booked.net. Again, EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! Holiday Inn was able to only give us a $20 Parking Credit. We were uncomfortable and didn't sleep well at all.
